I'm a senior People & Culture professional with over seven years of experience partnering with executive and senior leaders across financial services, technology, and FMCG.

I've worked inside complex, fast-moving organisations including REA Group, Treasury Wine Estates, Insignia Financial, and Bank First - leading people initiatives across organisational design, capability development, performance, and change. I bring a human-centred design mindset to everything I do, which means solutions that are practical, people-first, and built to last.

I've worked on the full range of people challenges - building leadership capability, redesigning how teams work, navigating complex change, and untangling processes that have outgrown themselves. In organisations big and small, the problems are often more similar than you'd think.
